Booking Essentials: Key Details on Reservations, Deposits, and Check-In/Out at Elevation Hotel & Spa
Reservation Policy:
Valid Credit Card is required to make a booking and guarantee a reservation
Deposit/ Cancellation Policy:
For reservations between December 7- April 8, during ski season, a full non-refundable deposit is taken 14 days prior to the arrival date. For reservations between April 9 - December 6, Summer season, a full non-refundable deposit is taken 3 days prior to arrival. Cancellations/modifications are subject to penalties within the deposit/cancellation policy. The policy may be different with specific rate codes. In the event of no-show, the total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.
Standard Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Check-In Time: 4 pm MST
Check Out Time: 11 am MST
Early or late checkout is based on availability and may incur additional fees. Please check with the hotel Front Desk.
A resort Fee is added to the room rate and includes use of our bike and ski valet, indoor pool, indoor hot tub, 2 outdoor hot tubs, steam room, sauna, fitness center, wi-fi access, and unlimited local calls.
Parking is available for a $30 nightly fee.
Pets are allowed and are subject to a $35 nightly fee per animal.
Elevation Hotel and Spa is a smoke-free property. Smoking in guest rooms or on balconies is prohibited and will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Please use the designated smoking areas outside the hotel.
